Winter Training Programs (10 Weeks Beginning January 12, 2026)

The winter training schedule features a dynamic range of sessions designed to develop technical skills, motor coordination, confidence, and love for the game. Sessions will take place indoors, providing a warm, safe environment for year-round growth.

All programs are capped (limited to a set number of participants) to maintain quality instruction, given the limited indoor space. Early registration is critical for each player’s participation.

Winter Program focuses

  • Technical Skill Development (U6–U14)

Focus on dribbling, ball control, passing, receiving, and finishing in a small-group setting.

  • Futsal Foundations

Fast-paced footwork, creativity, and decision-making are perfect for building technique and confidence.

  • Movement & Agility

Leveraging the FIFA +11 techniques, CJBF will integrate coordination, balance, agility, and injury-prevention activities adapted for young athletes.

Weekend Indoor Game Days at Tuley Park

Our indoor winter game series provides players with weekly opportunities to apply what they learn in training through small-sided games designed to maximize touches, decisions, and fun.

Players must register for the games separately from their training program! If you want to play games, you must register for the training program and games.

  • Location: Indoors at Tuley Park Gymnasium

  • Format: Small-sided games 3v3 to 5v5

  • Schedule: Saturdays throughout the 10-week program (starting Jan. 17th, 2026)
